BEAUTIFUL WAY TO COPE WITH STRESS AND ANXIETY

The outbreak of the pandemic kick-started the journey of this brand. eResonance aids in coping with stress and anxiety through the use of personalized stress relief kits, biofeedback and aromatherapy. The founder’s personal experience and background in business development has enabled eResonance to reach over 16,000 households on every continent in just six months.

Willow Rose Gahm has spent most of her career teaching around the world. She has been a self-employed swing dance instructor in California, an English language coach in China and an English professor in Italy. She also founded a language school in Switzerland and worked as the Head of Participants at TEDxZurich for six years. This has allowed her to gain broad business experience and learn how to develop her own brand.

Her motivation for starting eResonance was her personal struggle with health issues and the relief she found in biofeedback therapy.

“My first experience with biofeedback therapy was when I was a kid. I had some health issues and was amazed at the incredible effect it had on my body,” Willow Rose says.

* Biofeedback is the process of gaining a greater awareness of many physiological functions of one’s own body, commercially by using electronic or other instruments, and with a goal of being able to manipulate the body’s systems at will. Biofeedback may be used to improve health, performance, and the physiological changes that often occur in conjunction with changes to thoughts, emotions, and behavior. (Wikipedia)

“In 2017, I was diagnosed with a larger health issue that spiraled into multiple health conditions. I spent 3 years fighting for my health and found that unfortunately none of the Western medicine solutions were working for me. So I came back to biofeedback therapy. It was incredible how quickly and efficiently this approach allowed me to get better, so I decided I should share this with the world.”

Today, Willow Rose is a certified biofeedback therapist and aromatherapist. She specializes in stress and pain reduction, focusing primarily on women’s health and self-care.

After starting out as an individual therapist, she soon found that while biofeedback sessions helped her clients significantly, stress levels quickly rose again when they returned to their daily lives. So Willow Rose decided to create personalized toolkits to-go for her clients, offering them immediate support wherever they were.

“It was my own personalized toolkit that supported me and helped me through my own health issues. It has become something I would never be without now. And I’ve seen it become a necessity for many of my clients now, too.”

Inspired by this idea, she founded eResonance in June 2020 – a company with a wide range of products and services to help clients learn how to reduce stress and anxiety. Her self-care kits come in various combinations of essential oils and how-to cards; they are packaged in beautiful and stylish compact boxes that are easy to carry in any handbag.

“Part of my larger mission is to educate others on the subject of essential oils and aromatherapy. It often gets a bad rap, or is said to be something extremely alternative with no scientific basis. Through my work, I demystify the world of aromatherapy and bring access to the latest research on the effects of oils on well-being and mental health”, Willow Rose explains.

All eResonance products are 100% organic, certified by bio.inspecta, sustainable and sourced from organic family farmers and local producers. They offer scientifically proven natural tools to reduce stress levels on the go.

MORE THAN SELF-CARE KITS

“eResonance is more than a company; it’s a community that connects women around the world and offers guidance on how to reconnect with yourself.”

Another impactful project from eResonance is ‘eArt: Entitled’: a stress reduction deck developed in collaboration with 41 artists from 19 countries. On the front of each card is an inspirational piece of art, and on the back is a 10-minute self-care exercise. This deck is already being used in more than 16000 households and clinics on every continent.

“Each artist has given a little bit of themselves and shown the courage to tell their own story of stress, panic and anxiety and how art has supported them. Their stories can be read in the booklet attached to the deck,” shares Willow Rose.

All profits from this limited-edition deck are donated to CAMFED – a charity that helps women in Africa get an education.

After such a successful launch and worldwide interest in eResonance products, Willow Rose has even bigger plans for the future. In 2021, she will launch a new line of Aroma Perfumes, as well as a global eBook connecting artists and practitioners from around the world.

“The overarching goal of eResonance is to positively impact the stigma around mental health by creating the norm that self-care is not a luxury, but a must. We will continue to support individuals by showing that they are not alone in their journey and provide them with organic, sustainable and holistic products and tools to help them develop their personal self-care toolkit.”
